Hello! I'm Renita Gwyn, a Real Estate Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the Metro Atlanta market. Specializing in the West Cobb communities of Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, Austell, Marietta and Powder Springs, I am focused on helping first-time home buyers and first-time sellers find or sell their next home! We utilize our preferred network and expertise to align buyers with the right lenders and financing options to suite their needs.

I have closed millions of dollars in gross sales but I am most proud of the over 200 satisfied clients I’ve been able to help secure home ownership. I am proud to be a 6-time Million Dollar Club recipient through the Cobb Association of Realtors.

As a full-service Real Estate Consultant I have a passion for ensuring my clients receive top-notch client care, whether they are looking to buy, sell or rent. The Gwyn Team provides accurate market analysis and one-on-one guidance throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Are you a builder? Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, I attended Florida A&M University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. From determining the right price for a home to drafting a seamless contract, my background in Auditing only bolsters my ability to identify opportunities and provide advisement to my clients.

I currently live in Powder Springs, Georgia with my husband, James Gwyn. In my spare time, you can catch me in my garden, supporting the Campbell Spartans at a basketball game or just enjoying time with my three children and three grandchildren.
