Meet Courtney

Hey there! I am Courtney Gwyn, REALTOR® and home style enthusiast. I am half of The Gwyn Team, a mother-daughter duo focused on serving buyers and sellers in the Metro Atlanta area. My specialty is helping sellers get maximum profit with minimal fuss. I also love assisting sellers who are looking to transition to “right-sized”properties as well as helping first-time homebuyers secure the dream of ownership. Originally licensed in 2017, I am proud to have grossed over 8 million in gross sales. But most importantly, I’ve had the opportunity to help many families secure generational wealth through real estate.

Our focus is on providing excellence in the home buying and selling experience. The Gwyn Team uses their knowledge of the market to keep clients informed and prepared when searching for the right property. We work to represent our client’s best interest throughout the entire process with timely communication, strong vendor partnerships, accuracy and integrity.

To share a bit about me, I am originally from Cobb County. I grew up in the West Cobb area and graduated from Campbell High School. I went on to obtain my BS in Business Administration at Florida A&M University. Go Rattlers! My passion for helping people and building relationships led me to start my career in consulting before moving into Human Resources as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. That same love for people is what led me to real estate.

When I’m not working, I cherish opportunities to engage with my community, especially mentoring young ladies. I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated - Rho Zeta Omega Chapter. I also volunteer as a Junior Varsity lay coach with the Campbell High School Cheerleading Program. Currently, I reside in Marietta with my fiance, Terence, and two pups, Graham and Rocko.
